Poor customer service with empty promises

I bought a suzuki.swift 1.2 vvt from Martin from used cars. With the purchase he had promised to have fixed and get thing in order for me. Nothing has been done and it a year later still fighting for assistance to get things fixed and get my license disc.... the manager said last month he was going to come see me and till now no contact or visit. I'm now tired won't ever buy or suggest anyone to buy a vehicle from Ford hatfield again. Problems that was promised to have fixed was Bumper that is two different colours and is now starting to chip. Plastic cover that by the window in which is missing from the start. What tops it off last month was the first time i received via emails all the policies I have. I'm now tired and extremely unhappy
