Horrible Experience with Ford Hatfield – Completely Unreliable

I am absolutely fed up with the shocking service at Ford Hatfield. I own a 2023/2024 Ford Ranger Raptor that’s still under warranty recently the battery went flat and they replaced it but ever since then my bakkie won’t even start I phoned them on Saturday 2 August at 11:19 AM and was told no one can help me even though they only close at 1 PM? How is that acceptable?

They promised someone would come to my house with a new battery (again) and code it. Well it's now Sunday 3 August at 4:30 PM and I’m still waiting! This has completely disrupted my weekend I have things to do and I can't sit around waiting endlessly because of their poor service and broken promises.

To top it off I’ve also bought a brand new 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor and I waited almost 5 months for it just to be told I can't take it off the floor without insurance why wasn’t that communicated earlier? Time is money and they clearly don’t value either.

Ford Hatfield has been nothing but a frustrating - unreliable experience from start to finish. I would never recommend them to anyone. Do better!

I'm not angry - I'm just disappointed.
