Ford Hartfield Worst Service

Horrible Service. No updates on your car that they fixing, they don't call or anything to tell you how far they are. You are spoken to in Afrikaans like i feel like i don't belong there. A week has already passed and i am the one who has been calling everyday, i get the same response ' the service person will call you back' in my case its Belinda, no body cares to call me with an update.. My car's fault is minor. Nobody calls, I'm inconvenienced, i regret taking it there. Kempton park Ford is the Best. Please don't take your car to Ford Hartfield. Customers are not taken serious here maybe there are those who are special than others based on language.
