Empty promises

On 23 Feb'23 I asked for a quotation for my bakkie spare wheel. I was promised it will be emailed to me. I ended up going to the dealership myself to get one. So yesterday when I went to get the quote, I browsed around and decided to buy a new Wildtrak. My current one was sent for trade in value. I was assured to receive it later the afternoon, yet a day later, I am still waiting to receive it. I phoned the person in the marketing department to discuss the problem, as we got along. I was informed she would return my call within 2 min. I tried to call her again an hour later, she did not answer my call at all. Now after 2 hours and an email sent to her and the branch manager no response has been received. Well I guess their branch is doing so well, they don't need to make sales. So stay away from this branch and rather go to another Ford agent.
