Stay away from this dealership when you're servicing, especially if you're paying for the service. I made the mistake of expecting a reasonable quote for a standard 90k km service on a TDCI EcoSport.

After the vehicle was inspected, the service consultant called me with a quote of R6300. This was just for standard parts and labour. I was speechless and due to the car already being booked in, foolishly accepted. I then decided to call Lazarus Ford who was just as shocked at the price, and gave me an estimated quote of R3400.

After raising the price discrepancy with CMH Hatfield, I was told that labour costs are different between dealerships and that they are also a "Level B" dealership which is more premium and have higher cost. They then "did me a favour" by lower the labour cost with 15%

I will never return to this dealership, nor will I advise anyone to do business with them. They need to be exposed for their greediness and plain daylight-******* .
