CMH Ford Hatfield - Non-existent service!

The service offered at this dealership cant be called unacceptable because it is non-existent! To cut a long story short - they replaced the water reservoir on my Wife's ecosport and shortly afterwards the engine overheated and seized. I am tired of arguing with them about it so arranged for the car to be towed away. CMH Ford hatfield confirmed i could collect the car so I sent a tow truck. On arrival the engine was not in the car so the tow truck driver left, a trip i must pay for. I was promised that the engine would be replaced or put in the boot but it has been a week and after phone calls and emails they have still not let me know that it is ready! They broke the vehicle and are now messing me around!
