Bad service

Never will I ever take my car or get advise anyone in this particular Ford garage. The service I received here was bad I have never been so disappointed. Andrew was the worst service technician, fetched my car late and when I did he was only worried about how I rated their service cause he knew very well how dissatisfied I was. He didn't tell me how my car is no advise whatsoever. My engine was still dirty like it was never touched, I have never been to a service and they washed my car. My servece plan history or record was misinterpreted.
