Bad service and non resolution to car issues

I bought a Ford EcoSport 2019 Titanium Auto last March. I have been having issues with some squeaky sound when applying the brakes since the car was about or hardly 2000km. I kept taking it to them, more than 4 times with no resolution. I still hear the squeaky sound 19000km later. What's worse is the service, I kept requesting for my reports for job done and there would be no response until weeks later or no response at all.
