Absolutely disgraceful

Received my vehicle back from ford with a dent on the bottom of my driver's door. I collected the vehicle on Friday and reported the incident on Monday. The lady said they will sort it out. On Friday the manager phoned and instructed me that they will not take responsibility as it was reported a week after collection. The incident was reported the following business day. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never recommend Toti Ford for anything
