Im writing this review on behalf of my wife because she is too good of a person to give an honest review, we bought a 2nd hand car from Ford Hatfield and took a full 2 year extended warranty and roadside assistance, after 1 year we had a mechanical brakedown because the car wasn't serviced properly by them , Stuck by the side of the road in the middle of the night we discovered THEIR f&i took it upon herself to cancel my wife's extended warrantys( with email to prove it ) after it was paid in full without letting her know which im sure is against the law . The Dealer principal is too much of a ***ard to phone us back or even to give my wife an apology for their incompetence. This will be taken further
