Bad representation by Cmc

I was working for a company under cmc.. Things started out good but went haywire very quickly. It started when I queried my pay as I was getting paid weekly.. I asked the manager and he said he Wil look at it.. Then I asked Craig the cmc representative about it and he said he will speak to the manager.. I kept quit as I needed the work and on numerous ocations the manager confirmed my salary yet I was not getting paid accordingly.. So I was sitting in the reception area when the manager came in on a Wednesday.. He called me outside and started swearing me telling me he will fu*k me up.. I intern notified craid of this.. The week after.. On the Thursday Craig came to pick me up letting me no that my contract ended prematurely without any warnings being signed.. I did not get my full pay for the extend of my contract nor did I get the money I was short paid..

To keep me quit the Cmc representative Craig promised me a work and begged me not to go to the Ccma.
