Uniform Refund
Worked for them as a driver for 2 weeks,the was an incident that happened wich led them to terminate my contract unfairly so but that is not what im writing about now,the deducted 1000 from my pay for the uniform which I didn't get and now I want my 1000 rand back,I've been told I will receive it but up until now nothing every time I come to their offices they tell me,you get it this day but still nothing

Bad representation by Cmc
I was working for a company under cmc.. Things started out good but went haywire very quickly. It started when I queried my pay as I was getting paid weekly.. I asked the manager and he said he Wil look at it.. Then I asked Craig the cmc representative about it and he said he will speak to the manager.. I kept quit as I needed the work and on numerous ocations the manager confirmed my salary yet I was not getting paid accordingly.. So I was sitting in the reception area when the manager came in on a Wednesday.. He called me outside and started swearing me telling me he will fu*k me up.. I intern notified craid of this.. The week after.. On the Thursday Craig came to pick me up letting me no that my contract ended prematurely without any warnings being signed.. I did not get my full pay for the extend of my contract nor did I get the money I was short paid.. To keep me quit the Cmc representative Craig promised me a work and begged me not to go to the Ccma.
