Disgusting treatment from Vaughn Brand
If there was an option of zero stars I would have opted for that. The worst property management I’ve ever come across. Disgusting service, I moved in couple of months ago and paid everything upfront including admin fees and deposits, then later on advised them my car will arrive next month. Vaughn who is the property manager who became so ****** and cruel , charges parking bays differently 150 and 250 and some people of color don’t even pay for parking, while I was in process of enquiring about parking spaces and paperwork he clamped my wheels and damaged my rims, the day my car arrived security advised me to contact him I did he came and explained ******* and became very rude and ****** and told me to park in the visitors parking. A week later an email from their slow Tendai administrator came advising again that I should pay another admin fee and pay for full amount of Nov, Dec bear in mind that my car arrived 30th Nov and she told me they cannot do prorated amount on parking bays, I then went on holiday for two weeks I came back my car is clamped again on visitors parking bay , bear in mind again Vaughn told me before I leave there’s no parking space, then why clamping my wheels?? He advised I should pay another R250. We had a rough one and besides the parking, there were issues with apartment as well, but they ignored that as long as money is coming in, after a day or two of moving in I advised them of ****roaches in kitchen and bathroom and asked for fumigation but I was ignored and I wouldn’t be surprised if they charge me for their ****roaches, blocked showers, disgusting dirty shower tiles, no wardrobes no kitchen cupboards but wanna charge a stupid fees. If you want to have a peaceful stay please runaway from Club resco! I still can’t drive my car clamped for weeks!

Club Resco should be investigated as per PopiA, they need to be transparent
I have been requesting to view properties rented out by Club Resco in Maitland but they want people to just send their personal details before viewing the apartment and insist that I send bank statements, Cv and ID documents. The lady by the name Tendai Mwangara keeps putting pressure on applying before viewing claiming it's their process to see if one qualifies, yet there are fees to be paid to do credit checks, therefore you can pay those fees in advance but if you don't like the place, you don't get your money back.
