Great Support!
Requested a new Server and was up and running very quickly. I then had some issues with enabling TUN support on the VM which I required but it is not a default feature on virtual machines. Tinashe and Jaco gave excellent support and had my request resolved in no time. In my experience, these guys want to help and will get back to you ASAP!
