Fast Server, Fast Support, Fast Everything.
The review maybe premature, as I am only a few hours into testing them out.
1. I bought the entry level Linux Cloud Server and opted for Debian 11 to be installed. Setup took under 10 minutes. 2. Once I had modified all my server settings to my liking I installed speedtest-cli to do random speedtests. So far, I have done 3. I am getting the advertised speed to the server, both upload and download. Will keep doing random speedtests during the week and if things change I will update my review. 3. I am used to VPS servers of the same spec taking about 40 seconds to reboot on a blank Debian 11 OS. This product I am timing it at under 20 seconds, 14 seconds being the record so far. GREAT!!! 4. ISPConfig always takes me almost 40 minutes to install with other providers. With CLOUD.co.za it took 17 minutes. 5. I opened a support ticket, and had a response in under 30 minutes. That is excellent when compared to the rest of the industry.
So far, I recommend these guys to anyone needing a small turnkey solution, but their parent company HOSTAFRICA.co.za has some more solutions for the heavy weight contenders.
