dont commit to the higher more complex products

For easy products like a quick linux VM they are pretty good, dont commit to the higher end products. We have been struggling since a requested VM upgrade just to get back to where we were. Our server just hangs - and when they checked the memory usage was over 98%. As engineers we thought well okay, lets do a rebuild maybe it is us with the deployments - no luck - a freshly built cloud.co.za windows server, not even logged in yet sitting at over 98% memory usage now explain to me, could this still be our application? They told me they need "more information"after I shared numerous screenshots, the one support person said "get more memory" or something like that I mean guys, really? Anyway, we requested a refund and cancelled the product. Up to this post still no response or resolution
