Cloud Africa Sucks!

This company took over the ananzimail facility and started charging for its service. I paid my bi-annual subscription and it was time to renew it last month. I paid for another two years and am shocked to see that they have suspended my account. I have emailed for the reactivation of the account without any response. One cannot get hold of the company by phone as well. I feel ********** because I paid for a service that I cannot access. Very poor communication and service!
