Very Bad quality on very expensive mattress

These guys sold me a mattress last year in August and it’s a life time warranty for R17050. The mattress has sagged so bad and I reported it to the shop where I bought it in September this year. The shop owner reported to the manufacturer who took 3 weeks to send their inspector and I am now on another 3 weeks without any feedback.

I went to the shop where I bought it and the owner gave the number of the manufacturer and I called them and Leonie apologized.

I’m an thoroughly unhappy and I still have a receipt. This beds condition now hurts my back & besides it’s tooo expensive to be such a substandard quality
