Unhappy Cloud Nine Matrass Owner

I am very unhappy, I bought a King size Cloud nine in 2020 at Max Furnishers, which closed down. The mattress is sagging and causes uneven spinal support, which leaves me with back ace- I really did not think that I would pay R12 000 for a bed and will cause such un comfortability. I will not recommend anyone to buy a cloud nine mattress at all. It might have been good mattresses at a stage but is definitely not anymore. This matrass will not last for another 7 years.
