UNHAPPY CLOUD 9 MATTRESS CLIENT

4 years ago i bought a heavy duty cloud 9 mattress. After 12 months i notified the company that there is significant indentations on both sides of the mattress. They did an inspection of found the indentations within acceptable standards according to them. A further 18months later i notified the company once more that we are lying in hollow holes on the mattress...once again an inspector was sent out and found that the indentations were once again within THEIR limits. The mattress now are of such bad standard and obviously out of warrenttee that after 4 years and R10 000 later i cannot sleep any further on these hollow holes. Looks like these mattresses only lasts 4 years if you are lucky . This companies warrenttee means nothing as they just have excuses not to replace the mattress... No Cloud Nine..this is not right...i brought it under you attention from year 1 onwards and you just had excuses.
