THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A CLOUD NINE BED

I am over Cloud nine beds. Bought 3 Chiroflex VX beds in two years (for myself, my dad and my aunt)...but now i am over your horrible service. My dad's King size bed is sagging in the middle..I CAN SEE THIS WITH THE NAKED EYE . Took me forever to get someone out here to check .. and this guy tells me it must sag 4cm before cloud nine will do something. My dad is falling in the middle of bed everytime he turns over at night. This bed is just out of its 2 year guarentee. Your agent would have come back to us ..more than a week later...radio silence! I paid alot of money for this bed and will not stop fighting this on every platform i can. Horrible Horrible service!
