Super bad after sale service!!!

What a joke. Look at all these bad reviews. Took more that 2 months to sort out my claim. If you don’t call and ask about the progress they will never sort out your claim. I upgraded to a better mattress, but it was cheaper just to buy it from Erricsons than to pay in the difference. Not just bad service they are ****** aswell. They refused to give me a refund. Just pay more for a better product and stay away from cloud nine is my advice to all.
