Should be jaiiled

So I bought a luxury damask orthopedic quality mattress.King size. It's not luxury or quality.In fact it has a dent in the middle where I assume a spring has moved that goes straight through to the bed.Its a few inches lower in the middle all over.All this basically means it s**** and needs replacing after just 2 years use.It also means it's not orthopedic as I wake up with a bad back every day. The directors should be jailed for such a shoddy product and false advertising. After notifying them they don't want to know as its out the 12 month guarantee period. Buyer beware and don't purchase from these.
