POOR SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE PRODUCT!!!

I always thought of Cloud 9/Restassured as a good product name but it seems that they are just another Micky Mouse company! NO ONE WILL REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL - To name a few: Christelle JC Mariska Ernest

We bought a new bed from them and there is clearly a problem but all they say is it is in "specs". How must a client know what the "spec" are? I have pictures where you can clearly see there is a "mark" where I sleep and that is only after a few months. Is this the standard of there product?
