Pathetic service Poor quality

This is the worst bed brand that you could possibly invest in. If their was an option for 0 stars that's what this bed brand will get.Not in After 3 years the bed I purchased is severely damaged. Lodged a complain and the service is truly pathetic. The bed had a 1.5yr guarantee and a 10 year warranty yet I am asked to purchase a new bed from them?? To have same problem? no thank you!! The term warranty which means to repair clearly does not apply to this company please dont be fooled.
