Horrible quality of beds

Bought 3 beds which are cloud 9 products from the mattress company and I complained about the firmness of the mattress within same month post delivery.

6 months later I still struggle with the said bad.

Cloud 9 is comfortable in tellimg me to buy a foam topper because they not willing to take it back cause they did measurements and its fine. How does measurements have anything to do with the feel of the bed? I never said the bed is smaller than what it supposed to be but said it is hard as a base.
