Great service from Cloud Nine Port Elizabeth

We bought a Cloud Nine bed during Nov 2022 and submitted a claim during Oct 2024.Remember the bed itself has a 24 month guarantee period. I am very impressed with the service received and the way they handled the warranty claim. They offered a replacement or an upgrade. We opted for the upgrade at an additional cost.
