Extremely bad quality

What a horrible experience I had, I bought a Cloud Nine 50th blue anniversary bed yesterday from Rikki at Bedworld. When the bed set got delivered the threading on the base was loose all over the base, there were pins that was sticking out, a safety hazard for me, if I decided to move the bed, those pins sticking out, would have gone right into my flesh causing lots of damage and expensive medical bills. It was extremely and very poorly stiched together, busy going loose, and the bottom dust cover, very badly stapled together. Not what I expected from the best selling beds at all. I have photos, and Rikki phoned me when he received the bed set back saying that he was angry, yet, I am still waiting for my money back?
