Do not touch this company

Don’t touch these beds please. Within 2 months the Matresses was sagging on both sides where my partner and I sleep. Cloud Nine came to check it and replaced the mattress. Second mattress has done exactly the same and now they say it’s SABS approved. Absolutely terrible. I’m still trying to get someone to respond to me but customer service is not top priority. I’ll share pictures with anyone that would like more info email me ***
