Cloud Nine, poor quality matress.

We purchased a matress from Cloud nine in Nov last year according to our weight. Maximum weight per person was 125 kg's, husband weighing 110 kg's. After one week we realized there was a dent on my husband's side. They cane to do an assessment and agreed to change it for another. Same story after another week. They then suggested that we pay in +- R3000 for a matrass that can take 150 kg's. Same story. It made a dent on my husband's side again. I took a w³picture where the dent can be seen with the naked eye. Again they came to do an assessment. There finding was that there is nothing wrong, we don't agree with there finding, and they don't respond to my calls.
