Cloud Nine Poor Quality and Inconsistency
I bought a Cloud Nine Mono-Flex single mattress and base in January. Being happy with the bed, I bought a Queen size Mono-Flex queen size in April. The 2 beds are from the same range but there is a big difference in the firmness of the bed. These beds are supposed to be "gently firm" and the single bed is just that, no problems.
The queen size bed is simply hard and uncomfortable. I contacted Cloud Nine and according to them the specs of the foam used for the 2 are the same. I requested them to send a representative to check the bed and still nobody has come. I sent emails but now my emails are not being answered.
There is a clear difference in the 2 beds and Cloud Nine are not attending to this problem, they have no concern for the comfort of their customers. I have Sealy and Genessi firm mattresses and they are way more comfortable. The Cloud Nine queen size mattress I bought is so hard that I might as well sleep on the floor.
There is clearly inconsistency in the quality of Cloud Nine mattresses and the foam being used.
