Cloud Nine only rainy days now

Our first Cloud Nine we purchased about 25 years ago was fantastic, but unfortunately it seems the company went downhill over the years. We replaced with the same model a few years ago and it looked completely different. After a few months the memory foam mattress had such ‘craters’ that each of us sleep in that it’s impossible to get a decent nights rest. We ended up having to flip the mattress about once a week minimum, and now even that doesn’t help. I’m looking for alternate brand to replace with now. I’ve written to the company twice and no response via email either, so given up and will need to fork out many more thousands of Rands for another brand I think.
