Cloud nine mattress

Bought a Queen cloud nine grande mattress and base 2 years ago, it sagged completely . It was exchanged in Feb 2024 for new, within 2 months it is so hollow again that you can see it vissibly. To lay on it is worse. Now according to cloud nine it is within specification. It is the worst mattress that I have experienced in my life.
