Cloud nine does not understand service!!!

<p>Purchased a bed 6 weeks ago - the mattress was smaller than the base even though it was purchased as a set- a manufacturing default as agreed by all, which is already pathetic as they obviously did not quality check - but they keep on making excuses when it is time to exchange - it was eventually exchanged with the same problem - wasted my time to take off work, no call backs, no apologies. Always promises and no delivery. Don't waste your money on purchasing what you may think of as a big brand.</p>
