Cloud Nine Beds, one HELL of a nights sleep

On 9 October 2017 we purchased what we thought was a "quality" mattress from Bed World in Northgate. This Cloud Nine Epic Comfort mattress is supposed to be "really is epic. In fact, so much so, that it comes with a 20-year service warranty and a 2-year guarantee. The bed is also non-toxic, allergy free and hygienic. Lastly, the Cloud Nine Epic Comfort sleeps two partners of up to 125kg on either side." and yet we will have to replace this sorry excuse of a mattress within 18 months of purchase because it has indentations of hippos on both sides, in-spite of us turning it every second week and both my partner and I weighing less than 80kg. If you are considering spending anything close to R 10 000 on a mattress, skip this poor quality piece of foam as you'll end up spending more with weekly visits to your chiropractor 6 months after your purchase. How Cloud Nine Beds can put such rubble in the market for that amount of money is beyond ********.
