CLOUD NINE BED and MATTRESS - Perfect recipe for a nightmare

After being well informed about the excellent quality of the product, the guarantee and service reputation of the manufacturer we bought a Cloud Nine King Size Base and Mattress from a Pretoria Supplier on 28 March 2018. Three months later we were sleeping in two hollows, as like in two canoes. The supplier referred us to the manufacturer Cloud Nine who sent out a representative and the base and mattress were replaced. Perfect service! Once again we were happy with both the supplier and manufacturer. BUT Another three odd months down the line we have the same problem again. Another Cloud Nine representative came out, took a few measurements - did far less than the previous representative and guess what - no feedback from Cloud Nine until we followed up, just to be informed that there is nothing wrong with the product.

More than R 23 000.00 later and having no joy from the Cloud Nine, I now have no option but to bring this to your attention with the sincere hope that Cloud Nine will come to the party and deliver the service the claim to do.
