Cloud 9/hell?

Mattresses keep sagging, and have to pay in to "replace the mattress". 2nd time they did not regard the bed as sagging, after another year they said, without coming out, oh ok. You can replace it again. R4k. I then enquired about the mattress, and it was not applicable to our needs. They then asked us R2k more for another mattress. This after I was told to rather sleep on the floor.

Their retail price is also not the same as what they proclaim. I can get a better bed, without delivery cost fot the same price.
