BAD SERVICE

I bought a Epic Comfort bed from Eric Barnard Furnishers. The mattress sagged more than normal, they came to inspect it and the repesentative also agreed according to his measurement of SABS standard! The reply though was that it was Normal. I have contacted the representative Werner and also sent an email to Devonne which was never adhered to.

They give you a 2 Year Guarantee but no after sales service!!
