Bad Matress and service is bad.

I bought a cloud nine Chiroflex Matress for 9500 in Dec 2020 cause my mom is undergoing chemo and struggling with her back. To our surprise the bed is sagging in the middle and the Matress is not as hard. I layed a complaint with the store on Monday the 8th of March 2021. Until today am still waiting for a call and my mom is suffering sleeping in that soft bed. Am very unhappy with the product and the amount of money I paid for it. I compared it to my bed which I bought from takealot with 3700 memory form is of good quality. Bad service..
