Bad experience with Cloud 9

Hi

We have had a very bad experience with cloud 9. We bought a king size bed and after 9 months that we have had the bed the matras is giving in on the places where we sleep. We had a consultation with them and the agreed in person the matras is faulty but they won't exchange the matras due to a coffee stain on the matras.
