Bad Bad Bad Beds

We bought a Cloud Nine mattress almost 8 years ago, did our homework and was told this was the best, also paid a fortune for it. Then, the mattress 'broke', we can't sleep on this bed anymore, you wake up with a stiff back and neck etc. We then went to the place where ee bought it to find out about the warranty, and guess what... There is no such thing. You have to report thr issue then Cloud Nine will take the bed back and replace it with another at a cost. So basically they give you a new bed, at a better price but you pay for it. These beds won't last 25 years. That is why we bought it in the first place at a very high price. But guess what, when you try to get a hold of Cloud Nine people to do this 'deal' they are nowhere to be found. So their aftersale service is just as ****ty as their beds. This is ridiculous! I would never ever refer these beds to anyone.
