Appalling Service

<p>I purchased a bed from Tafelberg Furnishers. i have been trying to log a complaint regarding this mattress since June 2016. they have only come back to me now. Friday the 26.08.2016 with a solution. the solution is for me to keep the matress i am not happy and buy another one?? wow what a great solution right? this is honestly the most pathetic customer service i have ever come across. how can the customer not know the bed they are sleeping on? and the worst part is this bed/matresss is not even a year old!!!!!!!!</p>
