Unacceptable Driver Behaviour

Extremely Poor Service & Unacceptable Driver Behaviour I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received. The delivery driver was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. When I wanted to count the boxes the driver told me you needed to count the boxes as he loaded off, (I have work to do and it was 69 boxes) he threw the boxes into the premises instead of handling them with care, and proceeded to kick the boxes as well. This behaviour is totally unacceptable, especially when delivering customers’ goods which should be treated with respect. Not only was the attitude disrespectful, but the handling of the items was reckless and could have easily resulted in damage. This kind of conduct reflects very poorly on your company.
