A friendly attitude goes a long way!
We used Cloud Logistics when relocating to the Western Cape from Gauteng in July, what exceptional service! We were quoted up to R12k by moving companies for 16 medium to large boxes, and Cloud did it for 1/4 of the price. No other courier company came neat that price either.. The driver in Gauteng, Thato, helped me load them all, insisting I don’t lift a finger, packed them neatly in his truck with the heavy stuff at the bottom to make sure it doesn’t crush the lighter boxes. The driver in George, Chad, is also a great guy! Every box arrived the same way I packed it and without any damage, even the ones that had glasses and vases inside. (Those boxes were marked with fragile and glass stickers and all the boxes with their weights, a little extra effort the sender goes a long way!) PS: always be friendly to the people who provide you with a service, it costs you nothing and it may just help you get life done without any drama

EXCELLENT COURIER AND SERVICE
Excellent customer service time and time again by Lorenzo!! He is such a pleasure to work with. Michille and Chante always make your day, and Michille has a way to get you out of trouble!! No job too big or too small for Cloud Logistics to help with!! I have been using Cloud since 2018 and they have rocked it!! Other companies that I have used have a much higher breakage rate, theft is exceptional and they dont take accountability!! Cloud Logistics are really amazing!! And their rates compare better than any other courier!!

Unacceptable Driver Behaviour
Extremely Poor Service & Unacceptable Driver Behaviour I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received. The delivery driver was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. When I wanted to count the boxes the driver told me you needed to count the boxes as he loaded off, (I have work to do and it was 69 boxes) he threw the boxes into the premises instead of handling them with care, and proceeded to kick the boxes as well. This behaviour is totally unacceptable, especially when delivering customers’ goods which should be treated with respect. Not only was the attitude disrespectful, but the handling of the items was reckless and could have easily resulted in damage. This kind of conduct reflects very poorly on your company.

Excellent Service
My small business has been with Cloud for about a year now. We have had great service and minimal breakages compared to our former courier partner. The respect for our packages has been unmatched!
