Extremely poor service!!

Cloud Logistics should be ashamed of themselves. They advertise their ability to support small businesses, but this claim is nothing more than empty promises and delaying tactics. Communication is non-existent — I'm still waiting for a callback that never came.

Their staff make mistakes and blatantly shift the blame onto the very businesses paying for their services. Outsourcing is done without any notice or communication, only for customers to be told, “We can’t find your parcel” or accused of never providing the parcel in the first place.

After all the drama, I was ultimately told to take my business elsewhere because they couldn’t meet the standards they falsely advertise.

Shame on you, Cloud Logistics. Please avoid this company at all costs. They refuse to take accountability or fix their mistakes, instead leaving their clients to deal with the fallout. Our business is now left to clean up the mess and repair the damage to our reputation caused by their despicable service.
