This company have no customer service at all! They dont have a clue what is going on or where your parcells are, you just dont get any feedback at all. On 2 occasions my customers parcells were not delivered, the driver claims he could not reach both of them via phone, which is a complete lie, as he didnt even tried to phone my clients. Everything is just a mess with this company, and they expect people to trust them with you parcell! Never again!
