Chiawelo Clinic’s slow service

I do not understand how a community clinic can have people sitting on their branches from the early hours of the morning till the late afternoon. This is suppose to be he quickest of services cause the drs and nurses actually are dealing with saving people’s lives. They often have to be fetched from their stations doing nothing while people are in pain. They make patients sit in the hall on the other side of the clinic while they sit and chit chat in their stations. The nurses at chiawelo clinic have total dis regard for human life, cause often people who came at 8:00 am will still be sitting at 15:00pm waiting for them to finish with their gossips.
