Dr Z Mzobe was at her best regarding solving my problems, she was so patience , she wanted to assist, she has a lot of information, the best medical adviser,

Negligence and rude nurses at Chiawelo clinic
And they dont even deserve that 1 star. Im writing to express how angry and disappointed i am. Patient negligence on another level.My sister walked in Chiawelo clinic to give birth. Her water broke and the service given was very rude, and the attitude was rotten. Long story short,she ended up giving birth alone and they came as they heard the baby crying. Her partner not even allowed to see her and the baby.. saying its the clinic rule, no one is allowed inside but the pregnant lady. So if you bringing something for your partner you must stand outside. The nurses on duty were not wearing uniform or name tags. They were 3 on duty very rude ,no humanity. The security lady was the nicest person alone. They not discharging her and they dont even wanna tell her the reason of why. Type of delivery: NVD Time of birth: 14h13 Baby ***: Boy To disclose mother's information on a follow up.

Bad clinic service.
By the giving worse service. At first i brought my child at the EMS jn the evening. They told me my important and their important is not the same. It's not an emergency . Mindyou mu daughter had a temp of 40° and tonsils. The nurse did not check and said i should come back the following day. I let that slide. Now i brought my nephew day time. The sister referred him to the Dental. We were done by the sister at 08h40. So we were at the dental before 9am. We set there for 3 hours before the sister could tell us that they are busy washing teeth amd filling. If you want to leave you can but uts full. I mean aren't you suppose to tell patients that today we busy with 123. You can sit to see ig we wil be able to assist. However you can come back on a certain date

Appauling service
Security at the main gate are very empathetic to say the least. How is it that I should walk an elderly on foot and park my car at the gate? Then wait outside when I am the 1 accompanying my parent? How is she expected to atticulate herself and explain to the doctors what's wrong? After consultation then I should walk to the main gate to fetch the car?
