Appauling service
Security at the main gate are very empathetic to say the least. How is it that I should walk an elderly on foot and park my car at the gate? Then wait outside when I am the 1 accompanying my parent? How is she expected to atticulate herself and explain to the doctors what's wrong?
After consultation then I should walk to the main gate to fetch the car?

04 Feb 2026, 19:01How is it that other clinics dont make the ederly to wait in the que and at Chiawelo they don't care. My has been sitting 1 place for 2 hours already and vitals havent been checked. The service sSUCKS!
