I have worked with the client link team for years now and I will say that through the ups and downs they have been a pivotal asset to mine and any business.

Too often in our industry we are focused on prospects and onboarding clients and when things aren't moving the way that we want we come here to complain. In our profession we have to deal with people who may just not be interested to chat about financial planning but dont want to be rude so they agree to meetings and then they deny the same call a day later.

These things happen but with Nathan and his team its few and far between and if there is an issue, bring it up and have it sorted within a few days. Thats professional service.
